Execution layer: quoting and application APIs#
Expose a real-time quoting endpoint that accepts standardized risk parameters and returns a structured quote. The response must include the exact premium, coverage details, validity period, and conditions.

Publish a UCP Capability Declaration at /.well-known/ucp (or equivalent manifest) that tells agents exactly which products can be quoted, which can be applied for directly, and which require human intermediation.
Compliance layer#
Insurance is heavily regulated. Your capability declarations must accurately reflect what is legally permitted in each jurisdiction. An agent that initiates a policy application in a jurisdiction where the carrier is not licensed creates regulatory risk.
Add explicit jurisdiction constraints to every product declaration. The agent must be able to determine, before attempting any action, whether the product is available for the user’s location.
