Each endpoint must return deterministic responses. A quote endpoint that returns “a representative will contact you” is not an endpoint. It is a lead form. Agents need an exact price for an exact configuration valid for a defined period.

Publish current incentive stacks in structured format. Manufacturer rebates, dealer incentives, loyalty programs, and financing rates change frequently. Agents that cannot access current incentive data make inaccurate comparisons, which damages your competitive position.
